We have a young and creative kitchen team, lead by head chef Christine Lindner jun., who believes in the use of fresh, local produce and in creative and traditional preparation of meals.

Our brother Stefan runs his own bio farm and his lamb, fawn, Pinzgauer cattle and sucking calf, as well as the home-made bread, the fresh herbs from the garden and our strudel and pastries attract both local and foreign guests.
Our motto “Enjoy a natural holiday” is reflected also in our partners and suppliers who provide us with excellent produce of consistent quality.
