Security incident at IT booking company
Dear Guests,
Due to a security incident at the IT service provider Seekda, we would like to inform you transparently. Your booking with us is, of course, valid and paid for.
Important: We will never ask you to provide credit card details or make payments again. Recent messages containing such requests (via WhatsApp, SMS, or email) are attempted fraud – please ignore and delete them.
Do not open any links and do not enter any payment data. If you are unsure, please contact us exclusively through our established channels.
Thank you for your understanding and trust.
1
Your booking with us is and remains valid
"Your reservation is fully confirmed and paid for. There is no need for any action on your part regarding the booking."
2
We never request payment data after the fact
"We will never ask you via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or telephone to provide credit card details, CVV codes, or deposits again. Such messages are attempted fraud."
3
Recognizing the current phishing wave
"Criminals are currently using stolen booking data (name, hotel, arrival and departure dates) to send deceptively real messages and persuade you to make payments or enter data. Please ignore and delete such messages."
4
The best way to protect yourself
"Do not open links from unexpected messages and never enter payment data via such links. Contact us exclusively via the telephone number known to you or our official website."
5
The hotel's internal data programs are not affected.
In this case, the hotel is merely affected by the external service provider's situation. Your current booking is not affected and remains in place!
If you have any questions about an existing booking, please reach us directly by telephone or email.
